Reconnecting Rainbows Press is a UK-based independent publisher amplifying LGBTQIA+ voices through books, workshops, and events. We are the “data controller” for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We only collect personal data when we truly need it. This includes:
- Contact Form Submissions: If you send us a message via our website, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write to us.
- Submission Forms: If you submit work to us (e.g., for an anthology or publication call), we’ll collect your name, contact details, and the content of your submission.
- Author Tools: If you are one of our authors or contributors under contract, we may collect other necessary information as part of our publishing relationship. This is covered separately in your contract.
We do not use tracking cookies, create user accounts, or collect demographic data like age, gender, or ethnicity on the general public side of the site.
3. Why We Collect It
We only collect data to:
- Respond to your messages and questions
- Process and review submissions
- Manage our publishing operations and author relationships
- Improve our services and stay connected with our community
